Brig Dr. Shehzad Naeem (Retd)
MBBS, MSc (Public Health)

  • Served in military hospitals of various categories ranging from 50 to 600 Beds in size.
  • Established two medical colleges as senior team member, completing all regulatory requirements. Made both colleges operational successfully per schedule.
  • Upgraded two hundred beds military hospital to five hundred beds teaching hospital as Project Director
  • As Director Medical Services in South Punjab, Dr. Naeem was directly responsible for the efficient functioning of two main teaching hospitals (one each of five hundred and eight hundred beds) as well as a medical college for two years.

  • Visited and studied the health systems of Australia, Spain, Turkey, Egypt, China, Bangladesh, U.A.E and Thailand.
  • In the process of publishing three books on psychiatry.

Dr. Amjad Mahmood
MBBS, NIBA, Dip Public Health
  • Twenty years of experience in various important assignments in Govt. Hospitals of 400 to 1600 Beds.
  • 11 years’ experience as administrative head of largest teaching hospitals of Rawalpindi & Islamabad.
  • Over two years of experience as Secretary & Administrator (Pakistan Medical & Dental Council under Federal Ministry of Health) in the only licensing and regulatory authority for establishing medical and dental colleges in entire Pakistan.
  • Very well versed with current Govt. policies on Health as last five years served in BS-21 on various important slots as senior most executive and advisor on public health to the Govt of Pakistan.

Director Affiliations and Accreditation

An expert Doctor and retd senior bureaucrat. He successfully headed 500 – 1000 Bedded Hospitals. Also remained member as well as President of erstwhile PMDC under Federal Ministry of Health, hence gained rich experience in handling of policy matters with Govt Ministries / Departments. This is of significant value in smooth planning and execution of Hospitals and Medical Colleges.
